Paul Michael Hoff, 72, passed away peacefully on Saturday November 3, 2018 at his home in Napa, California.

Paul was born in Culver City, California on September 27, 1946 to Herman Joseph “Moe” Hoff, Jr. and Virginia Lorene Guinney. He grew up in Van Nuys, California with his three younger siblings, Gary, Judy, and Kurt, and attended St. Elisabeth Catholic School and Notre Dame High School. Paul played on the high school tennis team and was a member of the debate team as well. After high school he attended UC Santa Barbara where he graduated with a degree in Political Science in 1968. While at Santa Barbara he joined the Sigma Chi fraternity and enjoyed playing intramural sports with his brothers who became lifelong friends. He was also a member of the US Army ROTC program, completed officer training, and served as a captain. After college he went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in 1971.

While in law school Paul lived in Berkeley, California, and it was there in 1970 that he met the love of his life, Kathryn Shifflett. Kathryn was an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley at the time. Paul and Kathryn married each other on April 20, 1974 at St. John’s Catholic Church. They moved to Napa in 1979 after purchasing the prior home of Kathryn’s grandmother, Mary Shifflett, and lived on “the Ranch” for 39 years where they raised their five children. Paul enjoyed the outdoors and took great pride in working on the land, making wine in his garage, and yielding the fruits of his labor in the garden, orchard and vineyard.

Paul practiced law for 47 years, first with McNamara, Lewis, and Craddick in Walnut Creek, then at his own practice which he opened in Napa, and finally at Zeller, Hoff, & Zeller where he spent the rest of his career. He handled a wide range of legal issues and was a notable and successful litigator. Paul always did his best to do the right thing and found great reward in helping his clients. Even after being diagnosed with cancer, he never retired from his work as an attorney and remarkably continued helping others until the end of his life. Paul often served and was a lector at Holy Family Mission Church in Rutherford, served as president of the Napa County Bar Association, chair of Day for the Queen charitable fundraiser, and as a Board Member for both Justin-Siena High School and St. Helena Montessori School.

Among their many loves, Paul and Kathryn enjoyed attending Cal sporting events with their children and gathering on campus with their “Cal Family”. For 18 years they attended the Lair of the Bear family camp for Cal alumni at Pinecrest Lake where Paul consistently received the camp trophy in horseshoes with his patented single rotation toss. Paul was an avid reader of current events, National Geographic, and Sports Illustrated, and he loved statistics and talk radio.

 He was also an
accomplished runner, completing the 1979 Boston Marathon in 2 hours and 48 minutes. But above all Paul was the quintessential father and family man. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren on family vacations to Lake Tahoe, Southern California, and Hawaii, and cherished every moment he had with his parents and siblings. He was a man of faith, of hard work, and of love, and an example of goodness to all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his wife Kathryn; his daughter Lindsay Keller, her husband Jim and their four children, Charlie, Lauren, James, and Andrew; his daughter Molly Segui, her husband Will, and their two children Kate and Matthew; his son Alex; his daughter Lucy Partridge, her husband Tom and their son Walter; and his son Conor and his wife Tram.

A rosary will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Yountville, California on Thursday, November 8th at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will take place at St. Apollinaris Catholic Church in Napa on Friday, November 9th at 11:00 am. My father had told Marion Lee, over the phone about his severe pain behind his right eye, and he also told our good friend Mrs. Lenore Stearns about his pain too it’s called Gradinago Syndrome. I believe Marion Lee, had told Napa District Attorney James Boitano, Napa Sheriff Deputy Bill Munk, who was pruning Mrs. Lenore Stearns vineyard in January of 1980. Marion Lee, always recorded his phone call conversations.

I, Perfecto Bauer Garcia, believe Marion Lee, and Mrs. Lenore Stearns, was coerced to get married by Richard Lee, and I also believe he took the advice of Napa District Attorney James Boitano, and I also believe Mrs. Lenore Stearns needed guardianship! California Code, Penal Code - PEN § 664

Every person who attempts to commit any crime, but fails, or is prevented or intercepted in its perpetration, shall be punished where no provision is made by law for the punishment of those attempts, as follows

I just traveled there for work from Santa Monica and the tension was so bad you can cut through it. I am an educated Latina. My work is with CHP and I did not see a single Officer of color. The people at Raleys were rude and ignorant.
Napa will will not get any of my money. I will to spend a penny there and there is no wine good enough to promote this behavior.
I will be sure to tell all my friends NOT to visit Napa

Phone call conversation about me Perfecto Bauer Garcia and my grandfather Rudolpho Garcia.

My father had told Marion Lee, over the phone about his severe pain behind his right eye, and he also told our good friend Mrs. Lenore Stearns about his pain too its called Gradinago Syndrome. 

I believe Marion Lee, had told Napa District Attorney James Boitano, Napa Sheriff Deputy Bill Munk, who was pruning Mrs. Lenore Stearns vineyard in January 1980. Marion Lee, always recorded his phone call conversations.  

I, Perfecto Bauer Garcia, and my mother Irene Garcia, were at the Napa District Attorney's office and we overheard a conversation from Napa District Attorney James Boitano, and he said if you want to get rid of Rudy Garcia off the ranch" you would have to have your father and Mrs. Stearns, get married!  

I, Perfecto Bauer Garcia, believe Marion Lee, and Mrs. Lenore Stearns, was coerced to get married by Richard Lee, and I also believe he took the advice of Napa District Attorney James Boitano, and I also believe Mrs. Lenore Stearns needed guardianship! If my good friend Mrs. Lenore Stearns, was in her sound mind she would have not gotten married and she would have left her will to my father Rudolph Ovalle Garcia, and would have left a large sum of money to the cripple children hospital!

Marion Richard Lee

1941-2017

Marion Richard Lee born on June 18,1941 passed away at Queen of the Valley Hospital on June 7, 2017 following a long illness.

Richard, as he was known, is survived by his son Ricky Lee of Napa and daughter Julie Zavala who resides in Texas. 

Richard is also survived by his grandchildren, Jordan Lee, Katrina Flowers, Fernando Perez, Brian Perez, Joanna Maltezos, seven great grandchildren and his cousin, Audrey Stearns. 

He is also survived by Kristi Cooke, his caregiver and best friend.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Debbie, his first wife, Joann, the mother of his children, wife, Brenda, his mother, Viva Adele, father, Marion Lee, and his step mother, Lenore Stearns.

Richard enjoyed working many years side by side with his father, Marion, who owned and operated the Red Hen. Richard was a free spirit who loved people, animals, music and race cars.

He will be greatly missed by his friends, family and his cat, Simba.

No service will be held.

Darrel Hanson; has been harassing my family for a long time he once said to my father to go back to MEXICO! He is racist and he moved into my neighborhood to conspire with a neighbor named Richard Paul Eldridge and his family! Their plans where to call the Napa Police and file false Police reports on my father! I Perfecto Bauer Garcia; recorded this video and audio to show you his behavior towards my family and myself! He is always getting on his roof and taking pictures of us in our back yard and he also records us on his video and audio camcorder for no reason! In this video clip he went into his house and come back out with a laser pin and pointed the laser light in my eyes and he threaten to come back and shine the laser on our security cameras! Darrel Hanson was arrested on May 28, 2003 and the Napa District Attorney Gary Lieberstein did not prosecute him!

General Hate Symbols

In 1860-61, eleven southern states seceded from the United States to protect the institution of slavery, forming the Confederate States of America and precipitating the Civil War.  During the war, the Confederacy and its military forces used a variety of flags, but the flag that became most associated with the Confederacy was the so-called "battle flag."

Dear Ms. Huffman,

I would appreciate if you can make a few corrections;

Perfecto’s brother Rudy Garcia and his father Rudolph Garcia are in danger of being ousted because of improvements that exceeded their city building permit. We need to change this. My father and brother was not aware of any building permits.

First of all I had found a contractor; Mr. Baggett. He was going to fix the house for $38,500.00. FEMA rejected that bid, therefore I contacted another contractor and their bid was $60,000.00. My father and brother are victims of a contractor named Mr. John Rippey. He was responsible for all city permits. FEMA gave my father $21,357.26 to fix his house. My brother hired a house lifter and paid him around $13,000.00 out of the $21,357.26.

Mr. John Rippey was paid $7,500.00 out of the $21,357.26. So there was only $857.36 left from the $21,357.36 FEMA gave my father. FEMA gave my father $3,026.00 for rental assistants in city of Napa. I could not find him a place to live so my father had to go live with me in Fairfield. My father gave me the money for rent and living expense. FEMA gave my father $2,300.96 and he gave that money to my brother for gasoline for the generator, food and clothing. FEMA gave my father $285.80 for property damage.

My father’s heater was crushed from the earthquake and his A/C unit was out dated. The heating and air conditioning was paid by the Napa Disaster Relief Fund. The Napa Disaster Relief Fund also paid Mr. John Rippey $10,483.00 to build eight foot walls around the foundation.  He did not finish the walls and he did not get any permits from the City of Napa. Mr. Rippey has already been turned in to the California State Contractor's License Board for not complying with city permits.

Rhonda Eldridge, and Richard Eldridge called the city of Napa and told them that the Garcia's are hooking up gas to their home! And the City of Napa Code Enforcement came out and told PG&E to stop that this house is unsafe! I Perfecto turned in Richard and Rhonda Eldridge to the city of Napa Code enforcement and I said their home was built in 1908 and the foundation has a lot of cracks since the 2014 Earth Quake in Napa, California and their house is unsafe and they have gas! Why is that?

The reason for video tapping is to show violations of a Mutual Restraining Order 67795 both parties are to stay away from each other 25 yards and the people in this video are in violation of a court order! And they filed false Police reports and the Napa Police did not press charges on them! Their names are Leroy Paul Eldridge, Richard Paul Eldridge, Angela Carol Eldridge, Dakota Joe Eldridge and Madison Rose Eldridge. Richard is wearing a green sweat-shirt in this video clip. May 5, 1995 was a Friday and it was Garbage pickup for Monroe Street Napa 94559.

Richard P. Eldridge, Perjured himself while under oath. Richard testified that he was on his way home from Los Angeles that evening on May 5, 1995! My father and I filed a Police report and it was sent to the Napa District Attorney Gary Lieberstein for prosecution of Perjury and Napa District Attorney failed to do his job! Some Napa Police Officers, and the Napa District Attorney Gary Lieberstein are intently protecting liars, thieves and drug addicts so they can continue their Vendetta and conspire to cause Emotional Stress to my family and myself! 1. The Definition of "Criminal Threats" in
California Law

California Penal Code 422 PC provides the legal definition of a "criminal threat" (formerly referred to as a "terrorist threat"). This section makes it a crime to threaten another person with immediate harm when you intend to, and in fact do, cause reasonable and sustained fear in that individual.⁶
In order to convict you of this offense, the prosecutor must prove the following four facts (otherwise known as "elements" of the offense):

1. that you willfully threatened to kill or seriously injure another person,
2. that you intended your verbal, written or electronically communicated statement to be received as a threat,
3. that the threat on its face and under the circumstances was so "unequivocal, unconditional, immediate and specific" that it conveyed an immediate possibility of execution, and
4. that the threatened individual reasonably feared for his/her safety or for the safety of his/her immediate family.⁷

Note that you can violate California's criminal threats law without actually addressing the person you are threatening, according to California case of People v. Lipsett (2014). The defendant in this case got into a fight with another man over a dirt bike that the other man claimed the defendant was trying to steal. The defendant yelled to a companion, "Shoot him!" For this, the defendant was charged with violating Penal Code 422 PC, California's criminal threats law. All that mattered was that defendant intended his statement to be taken as a threat.

A hate crime (also known as a bias-motivated crime) is a prejudice-motivated crime, usually violent, which occurs when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her membership (or perceived membership) in a certain social group.

This happened on June 11, 2002, at 563 Monroe Street Napa.

In the first video Officer Judy Bond is yelling and hollering at a senior citizen that is suffering from Gradenigo's Syndrome. The Gradenigo's Syndrome cause severe nerve pain in the head mainly temporal region and cause dizziness.

Darrel Hanson, threatens my father Rudolph Ovalle Garcia on December 4, 2002, and he told my father that he would be six feet under soon and that he knows to much, and he told my father to go back to "MEXICO"!

On December 6, 2002, Darrel Hanson, accused my father of stealing his Meth user girlfriends wallet from her car, and her name is Christine Marie Smith and she was living with Darrel Hanson residence at 531 Monroe Street, Napa, California.

Napa Police Officer Katherine Prim Knutsen, was protecting Sarah Marie Curtis and her brother Christopher Allen Curtis by writing a false Police Report and charging my brother Rudy Bauer Garcia for Elder Abuse! The Napa Police Department has this video and audio in their evidence room.

Napa Police Officer Lt. Debbie Peecook corrected Knutsen false report and filed Elder Abuse charges on Sarah Marie Curtis and her brother Christopher Allen Curtis. Christopher was on two probation's and it states that he should obey all laws!

Michael Donovan, Chief Investigator of the Napa County DA's office, did not press any charges on Sarah & Christopher!

I Perfecto Bauer Garcia, sent an email and I asked him how come the Elder Abuse case of Sarah & Christopher was dropped? And he said there was insufficient evidence!

So I gave him a scenario and I played the part as Sarah and my brother Rudy played Christopher and we were Harassing a Elderly Caucasian man in his 70's.

And his reply was he would arrest the both of us!

I smell nothing but Discrimination and Racism!

NAPA CHIEF INVESTIGATOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY MICHAEL DONOVAN REJECTED THE ELDER ABUSE CHARGES ON SARAH MARIE CURTIS AND HER BROTHER CHRISTOPHER ALLEN CURTIS ON CASE NUMBER 12-1228 OF THIS YEAR OF FEBRUARY!

SARAH MARIE CURTIS AND HER BROTHER CHRISTOPHER ALLEN CURTIS HARASSED, THREATEN AND BADGERED MY FATHER RUDOLPH O. GARCIA ON THE NIGHT OF FEB 22, 2012!

The decision of the Napa County District Attorney’s Office remains that all of the information provided to this office concerning this case has been extensively reviewed and it has been determined that there still remains insufficient evidence to sustain the filing of a criminal complaint in this matter.   We appreciate your concern over the welfare of your family, but there is nothing more this office can do regarding the 2012 incident you reported to Napa PD. 

We have closed our file on this case.  As I previously communicated with you, should you remain dissatisfied with the decision of the Napa County DA’s Office in this matter, you may contact the California Attorney General’s Office and request they review the case.

 Therefore, from my understanding, you and several prosecutors are telling me that it's okay that my brother and I can go to a 74 year old Caucasian man’s house at two different times knowing that he has a heart condition, run up the stairs, kick his front door and tell him to move his "FUCKING CAR OFF OF MY FATHER'S CAR! And therefore it's okay that I THREATEN THE OLD MAN INFORMING HIM THAT I TOOK PICTURES OF THE CAR AND I AM GOING TO THE INSURANCE AND HIS ASS IS GOING TO FIX IT! And my brother is under two different probation case numbers where he is to obey all laws and I got a degree in psychology so I know how the mind works!  Then I leave to go get my brother and he runs up the old man’s stairs and kicks his front door! And yells at him to move his car then I come back and tell the old man to go back to FUCKING ENGLAND AND LEARN FUCKING PROPER ENGLISH AND ACUSE HIM OF BEING A CHILD MOLESTER! AT THIS TIME MY BROTHER IS KICKING THE OLD MANS CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM! Then the old man said to me to call the Police and I said I will but I didn’t call the Police!

A day or two goes by and the old man's wife calls for a Police Officer to file an Elder Abuse Report on me and my brother. 


The old man and his wife have a DVD with audio and give it to the Police Officer for evidence. Meanwhile a couple of weeks go by and a letter from the District Attorney is charging his wife for Elder Abuse! The old man gets upset and his heart is pounding and he has diabetes, his blood sugar sky rockets! This old man is under a great deal of stress so he had to hire a attorney to defend his wife for Elder Abuse Charge! The attorney cost them $ 2,600.00. And the old man and his wife missed a couple of house payments because both of them are on a fixed income! The attorney goes to court several times and it it keeps getting postponed! Finally the charges are dropped and the old man and his wife are receiving threatening letters of foreclosure on their home!

The old man and his wife go to the Police station to pick up a copy of the Police Report. The Police records told them it was denied due to pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code 15633. 5 which protects elder and/or dependent adult abuse reports.  This section specifies which persons or agencies are entitled to receive a copy of the report and neither the victim or the victim’s guardian are included in the list of authorized recipients.  This family member was advised in person we were denying the request for a copy of the report and DVD.   Both the April 24, 2012 and May 4, 2012 requests were denied on the date of the request and the requester was advised of such denial at the front counter.

The old man and his wife called their attorney and asked him if he had a copy of the Police Report and he said he did. The old man and his wife read the report and find that the Police Report was FALSE! The Police Officer said on her report that she told the old man that she does not see any Elder Abuse, and yet she pressed charges on his wife for Elder Abuse!

This is a scenario if the tables were turned. 

My father is the 74 year old man he is Hispanic.

The Brother that took psychology is a Caucasian Female in her mid-twenties! The Brother is under two different probation case numbers where he is to obey all laws is a Caucasian Male in his mid-twenties!

Napa Police Officer Katherine Prim Knutsen, was protecting Sarah Marie Curtis and her brother Christopher Allen Curtis by writing a false Police Report and charging my brother Rudy Bauer Garcia for Elder Abuse! The Napa Police Department has this video and audio in their evidence room.

Napa Police Officer Lt. Debbie Peecook corrected Knutsen false report and filed Elder Abuse charges on Sarah Marie Curtis and her brother Christopher Allen Curtis. Christopher was on two probation's and it states that he should obey all laws!

Michael Donovan, Chief Investigator of the Napa County DA's office, did not press any charges on Sarah & Christopher!

I Perfecto Bauer Garcia, sent an email and I asked him how come the Elder Abuse case of Sarah & Christopher was dropped? And he said there was insufficient evidence!

So I gave him a scenario and I played the part as Sarah and my brother Rudy played Christopher and we were Harassing a Elderly Caucasian man in his 70's.

On December 14, 1993 a Judge granted a Mutual Restraining order, and both parties are to stay away 25 yards from each other. Both parties live directly across the street from each other. From curb to curb is 50 feet wide, 25 yards is 75 feet from Plaintiff's door to Defendants door. The date of the restraining order the Plaintiff's house was vacant and the Defendant's was occupied!

The persons in this video clip are in violation of their own restraining order case number 67795. The Napa District Attorney did not prosecute them for their violations instead they took sides and tried to prosecute my father, myself and my brother on insufficient evidence! Two men on probation arrested on suspicion of being in possession of ammunition 

Two American Canyon men on probation were arrested Friday in separate searches, authorities said.  

Bradley Odeman, 44, was arrested after police found suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and ammunition, police said.

Officers searching Odeman’s residence at 7:30 p.m. also found ammunition, including 247 rounds of .22-caliber ammunition in a factory box located in the suspect’s dresser; 20 rounds of .40-caliber pistol ammunition in a sealed package; and nine rounds of .40-caliber pistol ammunition in a magazine inside a plastic arms case under the suspect’s bed, American Canyon Police Sgt. Mike Collins said. No firearms were found, he said.

Odeman was booked at 8:45 p.m. into the Napa County Jail on suspicion of drug and drug paraphernalia possession and violation of probation, authorities said.

In the first video Officer Judy Bond is yelling and hollering at a senior citizen that is suffering from Gradenigo's Syndrome. The Gradenigo's Syndrome cause severe nerve pain in the head mainly temporal region and cause dizziness.
